WHAT IS THE PROGRAMME
Anger-Management Core Programme
Individual Therapy
Typically 10 to 12 x 1 hour sessions
(sessions can be extended on individual needs)
You will explore and learn about your anger by recognising negative self-talk
and underlying painful feelings.
Learning new and effective ways of communicating
and managing your anger and emotions in an assertive way.
Does It Work?
That depends on you. It certainly can do if you attend regularly
and seeing the programme through to the end,
and of course if you really wish
to change, anything is possible.
